Van driver plays games keeping the truck in lane 2. When he gets flashed he sees red and brake checks the truck causing an impact.
“We stopped a bit further up the road and he asked me for insurance details. When I told him I want to call the police and I have it all on camera, he ran back to the van an drove away”.
